The Rochester Sport Performance speed and strength program is customized based on each athlete's needs and goals.  Our coaches will work closely with athletes to practice and perfect athletic movement while improving sport-specific fitness components.  Training focus includes sprint technique, over-speed running, stride strength, agility and plyometrics.
