At-home soccer training
No gym membership? No fitness equipment? No problem. The coaches at Rochester Sport Performance have redesigned their proven off-season soccer program to feature body weight exercises. The 16-week program includes aerobic capacity, endurance, anaerobic training, mobility, strength, agility, power and soccer skill mastery. The entire plan is accessible online or through the free RocFitness app. You'll also receive access to self-assessment tools, sport-specific fitness testing protocols, instructional videos, accountability and direct messaging access to your coach.
