Rochester Sport Performance coaches will never take credit for the success of our clients. We understand that we are guides and educators along each individual's fitness or competitive journey. It is up to our clients to practice the skills or habits we teach and become champions of their own success. We provide in-person coaching and exercise video demonstration for online training to ensure effective practice of those skills.
